MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR SEASON TICKET ORDER
If you'd like to make a change to your season ticket order (improve location, change nights, add seats), please note the changes you'd like to make in the space provided on the online or printed renewal form.

Requests to change are prioritized by the payment and date received. Subscribers who pay their renewal in full prior to the initial deadline will receive first priority on their seat change requests. Subscribers paying half of their balance by the first deadline will secure second priority. Paying a third prior to that date ensures third priority. All change requests received after the initial deadline are honored as fourth priority regardless of payment amount. Within each priority level, subscriber change requests are sorted by the date payment was received in our office.

All season tickets are held for renewal until the final deadline date. Once that date has passed, seats that have not been renewed are put back into available inventory and are used to accommodate change requests. Shortly after the final deadline, our Customer Service Specialists begin contacting subscribers to accommodate their first priority requests, followed by the second priority and so on.

New season ticket holders are seated after renewing season ticket holders but before single tickets go on sale to the general public.
