Please fill out all of the fields in the form below and submit the Season Ticket Request form. Your exchange will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your new seat locations once your exchange has been processed. Tickets will be exchanged to the best available seats at the time your exchange is received. If seats are unavailable in your section and your tickets are moved to a lower price level, you will receive the difference in the form of a gift certificate.
Online exchanges are processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. If you have any trouble, please call our ticket office at 816.363.7827 or 800.776.1730 during regular business hours. Our Customer Service Specialists will be happy to personally assist you with your exchange.
