Only vendors approved by EPIC Entertainment shall be able to work within a Starlight Theatre Campus venue. All approved vendors with the exception of exclusive vendors (see Production and Rentals), are required to have a vendor agreement and work order on file with Starlight Theatre. This agreement requires a fully-refundable vendor deposit and a copy of the vendor's insurance with EPIC Entertainment, Inc., Starlight Theatre, Kansas City Department of Parks and Recreation, and the City of Kansas City listed as additional insureds. Starlight Theatre private events are managed by EPIC Entertainment, Inc.

| VISTA Productions is the exclusive provider of production equipment such as lighting, audio, video, etc., and labor to install, operate and dismantle said production equipment. Through EPIC Entertainment, clients will work with VISTA to customize production packages that fit the event goals and budget. |

| All Seasons Party and Tent Rental is the exclusive provider of tents, additional tables, chairs and other party rental items and retains first right of refusal on all rental items. All Seasons also provides labor for Starlight inventory set-up and tear-down. |

Starlight Theatre does not have an on-premises caterer. Clients are required to use a caterer approved by EPIC. Currently approved caterers are listed below. If clients wish to have another caterer approved, that caterer must complete an EPIC/Starlight catering agreement and comply with the agreement requirements for the facility, which include refundable vendor deposits and copies of appropriate licenses and insurance certificates.

The standard policy for liquor at the Starlight Theatre campus is that liquor is provided and served by a licensed caterer and in accordance with Missouri Regulated Industries rules and regulations. In the event that donated or privately purchased product is used, the following options exist for clients: 1) privately contracted caterer will provide a one-day liquar permit for the facility of which the client will provide a copy to Starlight/EPIC and handle all service relating to liquor/bars OR 2) the client will sign an EPIC liquor liability waiver as an addendum to their facility use agreement. The second option is available only to private (non-ticketed, invitation-only) events, most commonly wedding receptions. The client is still responsible for hiring/using licensed bartenders to serve alcohol and required to provide copies of bartender licencenses to Starlight/EPIC. Per Missouri State Liquor statutes, any donated or privately purchased producet can be served only in the event that monetary exchange is prohibited.
