Apply for Vincent Legacy Scholarships

Starlight Theatre is accepting applications for its Vincent Legacy Scholarships through Monday, March 28. The annual scholarship opportunity provides minority middle-school students with funding to pursue professional training in the performing arts.

The Vincent Legacy Scholarship Fund was established in 2006 by local community leaders Greg and Rebecca Reid to give qualified students an opportunity to refine and improve their performance skills. Since its inception, the fund has awarded 27 scholarships with a total value of $65,000.

To qualify for the financial need-based scholarship, ethnically diverse students in grades 6, 7 and 8 must show a passion for the performing arts, maintain a B or higher average in school, have no unexcused absences from school, and demonstrate an interest in community service. Click here to learn more about scholarship eligibility requirements and to apply.
