Fraud Prevention
To ensure the best possible opportunity and experience for all guests Starlight closely monitors orders for potentially fraudulent activity. This activity may include purchases made in excess of the ticket limit for a performance, purchases that are flagged for potential credit card fraud, or orders that violate Starlight terms of use or applicable law. If an order is flagged for potentially fraudulent activity Starlight may contact the purchaser via email or phone using the contact information provided when the order was placed. Potentially fraudulent orders that are not resolved will be canceled and any tickets in those orders released.
Orders placed within 72 hours of a performance may be canceled without further communication if we are unable to contact the purchaser via the primary phone number provided on the account.
My order has been flagged
If your receive communication from Starlight that an order you placed has been flagged please contact our Fraud Prevention line as soon as possible at 816-276-6366. If an agent is unable to answer the call please leave a message containing the order number that has been flagged.
