Exchange a Performance

We make it easy and convenient for you! Ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled performance.

By Phone: Call (816) 363-7827 or (800) 776-1730 during regular business hours. Our Ticket Services representatives will be happy to personally assist you with your exchange. Please have your account number or customer ID on hand to exchange tickets over the phone.

In Person: Visit our Box Office during regular business hours, or on show nights prior to 7:30 p.m. or during intermission.

Online: Fill out our simple online form.

NOTE: Balance on Account
Any balance remaining after an exchange will be held in your account and may be applied toward any purchase before December 10, 2023. Should you choose to renew for the 2024 Broadway season, the balance may also be applied to season ticket package. In the event you are unable to use your season tickets or gift them to family or friends, simply return them to Starlight at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance as a charitable contribution. We will provide you with a receipt documenting the value of this tax-deductible contribution.
