Auditions
Starlight is looking for two actors ages 10-13 to fill the child roles of Young Anna and Young Elsa in its upcoming production of Disney’s Frozen, part of Starlight’s 2025 AdventHealth Broadway season. The show also will travel to Pittsburgh, PA and Lincoln, NE.

Starlight’s production of Disney’s Frozen is a part of a co-production between Starlight (Kansas City, MO), Pittsburgh CLO (Pittsburgh, PA) and The Lied Performing Arts Center (Lincoln, NE). Rehearsals will take place in Pittsburgh and the actors cast in the roles are required to perform in all three cities with a guardian accompanying them at all times. The production will pay for all travel expenses and a weekly stipend will be provided. This will be an amazing opportunity for a young star to build their résumé with professional credits!

PCLO (Pittsburgh, PA) First Rehearsal: July 10, 2025
PCLO Tech: July 17, 2025
PCLO Production: July 18 – 27, 2025
KC Starlight (Kansas City, MO) Production: August 3 -10, 2025
Lied Center (Lincoln, NE) Production: August 11 – 24, 2025
You must be available for all dates listed between July 10 – August 24. No conflicts will be accepted.
Character Breakdown
Female Identifying (Character Ages 8-12)
Young Anna
Energetic, free-spirited younger princess of Arendelle who dotes on every word and movement of Elsa. She is heartbroken when she is isolated from Elsa by their parents.
Young Elsa
Bright, poised, elder princess of Arendelle who adores her younger sister. She aims to be a perfect daughter, but wrestles with a dangerous talent.
Audition Information
Friday, April 25, 2025 | 4 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Please be prepared to start right at 4 p.m. and stay with your guardian the whole time.

Required Registration: Please fill out the registration form. Once all slots are filled in the 4-hour timeframe, the audition registration will close.
Please Prepare/Bring:
- Headshot or recent school photo and résumé.
- Be familiar with sides for both roles:
- Please note, you may NOT be asked to present all sides listed during your audition, but please have all the sides for both characters prepared. A “side” is a term used to refer to excerpts or sections of a script that actors are given to prepare and perform during auditions.
- Please bring jazz or ballet shoes if you have them and wear clothes you can dance in.
