Starlight STARS Auditions for Teens are April 10-11

There’s still time for students in grades 8 through 11 to audition for a spot in the Starlight STARS performance troupe this summer! Auditions take place the evenings of April 10-11 at Starlight Theatre.

Aspiring teen performers are encouraged to RSVP now for their chance to join this highly regarded musical theatre training and performance program, which has activities throughout the summer and early fall.

Those selected as Starlight STARS in 2018 will:

• receive intensive training in acting, singing and dance
• create a musical theatre medley to perform prior to eight Starlight Broadway performances this summer
• attend master classes led by theatre professionals
• learn the “ins and outs” of the industry, including professional standards and expectations
• represent Starlight by performing at local events
• serve as featured entertainment for Starlight’s fundraising gala in September
