Starlight Theatre is excited to announce that it has welcomed six new members to its Board of Directors in 2019, in addition to appointing a new Board Chair, Ora Reynolds, after she served as Vice Chair last year. Ora and the new directors come from a variety of leading Kansas City businesses and share a dedication to the future of Starlight. They work closely with Starlight’s president and CEO, Rich Baker, and Starlight officers and leadership.
Ora previously served as a member of Starlight’s Board of Directors for many years before assuming the responsibility of Board Chair this year. She is president & CEO of Kansas City-based Hunt Midwest and Dallas-based Hunt Southwest, a full-service real estate development company. She has a passion for theatre and recognizes the importance of Starlight in the Kansas City community.
With three-year terms, members of Starlight’s Board of Directors meet bimonthly to provide guidance to our theatre. After a new-member orientation, the newest members are ready to hit the ground running. The new Directors are:
