If there’s a concert announcement that catches your eye, be sure to log-in to your account prior to on-sale day to ensure that you haven’t forgotten your password. There’s nothing worse than waiting on an email to reset your password when you’re ready to purchase tickets to your favorite touring artist! Then, when it comes time to purchase, we recommend logging in 5-10 minutes before on sale time, to ensure your place in line to purchase.
