Starlight Ticket Services makes it easy and convenient to buy the tickets you want to Broadway musicals, comedies, family shows, and concerts.
Ticket Services Location
The main Starlight Ticket Services is located at Gate 3 on Starlight Road, west of the venue. Stop at the security booth in the Blue parking lot for access to visitor parking.

Tuesday-Friday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: Noon-5 p.m. through September
Concert days only: Tickets are available for purchase at the Ticket Office by Gate 8 on the east side of Starlight. Curbside parking is available.
Please note that kcstarlight.com is the only official ticket source for all shows in at Starlight. If you purchase tickets from another website or ticket broker, we cannot guarantee those tickets are legitimate.
Digital Tickets
Starlight has launched a mobile ticket delivery platform for all shows and concerts. Now, ticket buyers have access to a mobile ticket wallet, which can be easily accessed from any internet enabled device.

Gift certificates
Gift certificates of any dollar amount may be purchased via the options above. Redeem Starlight gift certificates for tickets to Broadway shows, concerts, and advance purchase of parking and Applause Club dinners.
Group Tickets
Group tickets to Broadway performances for 10 or more people can be purchased at a discount of up to 25% compared to single ticket prices. Click for more information. To purchase, contact our Group Sales department at (816) 997-1137 or groups@kcstarlight.com.

Policies
Please note that kcstarlight.com is the only official ticket source for all shows at Starlight. If you purchase tickets from another individual, website, or ticket broker, we cannot guarantee those tickets are legitimate. Entrance is guaranteed only with a valid ticket purchased directly from kcstarlight.com.
Orders are subject to billing address, and other billing information verification. Starlight may attempt to contact you to verify an order, using information provided at the time of purchase. If Starlight suspects your account or order may be fraudulent, we may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer without further notice.
You may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
We reserve the right to prohibit the transfer or cancel the purchase of any ticket if we believe the purchase was made solely for the intent of reselling at a higher price.
We reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of our policies.
