Starlight has launched a mobile ticket delivery platform for all shows and concerts. Now, ticket buyers have access to a mobile ticket wallet, which can be easily accessed from any internet enabled device.

Group Tickets

Gift certificates of any dollar amount may be purchased via the options above. Redeem Starlight gift certificates for tickets to Broadway shows, concerts, and advance purchase of parking and Applause Club dinners.

Ticket Policies

Please note that kcstarlight.com is the only official ticket source for all shows at Starlight. If you purchase tickets from another individual, website, or ticket broker, we cannot guarantee those tickets are legitimate. Entrance is guaranteed only with a valid ticket purchased directly from kcstarlight.com. 

Orders are subject to billing address, and other billing information verification. Starlight may attempt to contact you to verify an order, using information provided at the time of purchase. It is unlawful to reproduce a ticket in any form. If Starlight suspects your account or order may be fraudulent, we may cancel your order and sell your tickets to another customer without further notice. 

You may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a “ticket limit”). This ticket limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number, or other information. 

We reserve the right to prohibit the transfer or cancel the purchase of any ticket if we believe the purchase was made solely for the intent of reselling at a higher price. We reserve the right to restrict or deny ticket purchasing privileges to anyone that we determine to be, or has been, in violation of our policies. All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or cancellation of these tickets. Exchange privileges may apply per season ticket guidelines. Please contact the ticket office if tickets are lost, stolen, or destroyed. Tickets may not be redeemed for cash. All rights reserved.

In conformance with local requirements and facility safety precautions, Starlight management or event producers may prohibit any items deemed dangerous or unacceptable at any time. Any items brought onto the premises must be stored in a location that allows walkways and aisles to remain clear at all times. Guests are subject to inspection of person, parcels or clothing capable of concealing or carrying prohibited items. Guests may refuse such inspection: however, management may refuse entry. Holder voluntarily agrees that the management, facility, participants and all of their respective agents, officer, directors, owners and employees are expressly released by holder from any claims arising from such causes. 

The photographing, videotaping, or audio recording of any theatre performance, stage setup, prop, or costume without prior written consent of the management is strictly forbidden. Holder acknowledges that the event may be photographed, broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize holder’s image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission, reproduction or still photography of such event. 

This ticket is a revocable license, and admission may be refused upon refunding the face amount of the ticket. Management reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly, who uses, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with these and other management rules. Breach of any of the foregoing will automatically terminate the license. 

Holder voluntarily assumes all risks and danger incidental to the event for which the ticket is issued whether occurring prior to, or during the event.
